Who we are:
We are delighted to introduce our current committee, they are committed not only to healing but to educating the public about the benefits of healing. Duchy Healers are regulated by The British Alliance of Healing Associations (BAHA), whose code of conduct and practice guidelines we adhere to within the framework of legal protection for all and in keeping with the spirit of relevant law and Acts of Parliament.

Jeanette Goldsworthy - Chair
Jeanette has taken over the role as our Chair, replacing David Lockwood's long service until March 2024.
Jeanette, along with her husband Larry have been active members of Duchy Healers since 2007. They are both tutors of healing.
First and foremost Jeanette is devoted to her family, but shares that devotion to encouraging her students to bring out the best in themselves throughout their training.
There is nothing like the life experience of having held a full time job, being a mum, grandmother and great-grandmother, and supporting loved ones through the trials and tribulations of life to make you an understanding and empathetic figurehead and tutor with Duchy Healers.
Tracy Harris - Treasurer
As a trained accountant, Tracy truly fits this post!
Tracy trained to become a healer under the instruction of Larry & Jen Goldsworthy, she has been a fully fledged healer since 2019.
Although I am sure she would agree that her real passion is working with animals and loves to be outside, especially with horses.
She has proven her worth as an empathetic healer of people and animals and will bring much more to her post as a committee member and treasurer as she shares her experiences.
Larry Goldsworthy
Larry is a very active committee member and Duchy Healer tutor. He has coped with serious illness himself so he can fully empathise with anyone seeking healing from him.
He has had a varied life, once training dogs for showing at Crufts and Olympia. Larry is now 'retired' from his carpentry career, but like all 'retired' people he probably works harder than ever these days!
Larry is also a dowser and combines his skills to do clearance of energies in homes.
Larry is married to Jen and together they are devoted to their grown up family, grandchildren and great grandchildren
In his spare time Larry loves boats and fishing. He is also an enthusiast of Karioki, hidden talent there Larry!
Karen Davis
Karen is one of our very able and intuitive healers who is full of creative ideas. She is well known to many healers who visit various fayres around the county which Karen often attends with her wonderful upcycled clothing and colourful sari’s.
Not only is she known for being a very talented needle and crafts woman, but she is also a passionate lover of animals and promotes their entitlement to be respected for the sentient creatures that they are. She is a woman of many hidden talents!
Karen divides her time between her sewing room, her shop in Mevagissey and attending healers meetings. Like all healers, she possibly does more healing for her customers than they are aware of.

Richard Green
Richard is rarely seen without a smile on his face! He has had a varied life spent working in the retail trade and then became self employed doing anything from decorating to making chutney!.
He is now happy to be 'retired', although he probably works harder than ever with his voluntary work helping to raise funds for Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Richard met Kathy Rowlett while he was training to become a healer under the instruction of Jan Barker, they soon became great friends and working partners, and decided to form the successful partnership of running The Healing Light Festivals until he retired and handed over the reins to Kathy and her husband Tim.
In his spare time he is a keen supporter of Rugby and he has also been seen as an enthusiastic participant on the dance floor. (your secret is safe with us Richard!)
Kathy Salisbury
Kathy is a full healing member of the Duchy Healers. She also has a diploma in Crystal Healing, having trained at the Cornwall School of Crystal Healing.
She enjoys working with healing energy for her own personal benefit and the benefit of others.
Kathy has lived in Cornwall for the last 34 years and loves the special energy of this wonderful county.
In her 'spare' time she organises The Healing Light Festival with her husband Tim. The Healing Light Festival is held three times a year at Heartlands in Pool near Redruth. It is a Mind, Body Spirit event and a showcase for Cornish based complementary therapists, healers, readers and lovely folk selling a gorgeous array of goodies such as crystals, dream catchers, jewellery, drums etc.
This busy lady is hardly allowed any spare time! However, we know that she loves to walk along the cliff paths and beaches of Cornwall.
